Turbocharger regeneration process

Basic version:

includes checking the extent of damage, cleaning the surface of all elements with the exception of dynamic sealing, journal bearings, axial bearings and connectors. The spare parts are new and in the form of a repair set. Next, the turbocharger is installed and checked on three work stations. The first one deals with the installed shaft with a compressor wheel. The second work station is used to check and verify the sealing while operating with oil lubrication parameters of an engine and at engine rpm of 12,000. The last work station checks the behavior and the level of the running balance on two planes and at the engine rpm of 200,000.

Further versions may vary in pricing due to additional replacement of elements such as the shaft, the compressor wheel or middle shell. For a considerable number of variable-geometry turbochargers we are able to offer required spare parts on-site.

Maximum version:

includes replacing the entire middle shell, which comes with a set of bearings and a shaft with a compressor wheel. In such cases, the entire element is brand new and in the producer terminology is referred to as CHRA.
